The Rosewood Mansion, built in 1872 by Elbert Shirk, consists of a lovely Victorian home and Carriage House situated in Shirk's addition near the downtown area of Peru, Indiana. The Mansion has 19 rooms including 10 guest rooms, each with an inroom private bath. The Carriage House has one guest room with an inroom private bath.
